This premium line features a triple concentrated tsuyu (soup base) made with carefully selected ingredients to provide a richer flavor and superior taste. It uses organically grown soybeans and wheat for the organically certified JAS soy sauce, domestic bonito flakes, and Hokkaido kombu. The dashi materials used are 1.5 times more than in our regular "Tsuyu no Moto 3x" product. Free from chemical seasonings, this tsuyu enhances your everyday dishes to a higher level of deliciousness. Since it is free from preservatives, please store it upright in the refrigerator after opening to prevent mold or yeast growth, and use it promptly.
