This is a virtuous type of "Yuge", a freshly made soybean paste type using mild-tasting white miso. Careful selection of dried bonito flakes, kelp, and dried sardines from Makurazaki, with a focus on taste and aroma. Honkare-bushi (dried bonito flakes) with an elegant aroma and Ara-bushi (dried bonito flakes) with a rich flavor are used to create a miso soup with the "ultimate dashi" taste.
