A sweet and spicy thick soup with the richness of soy sauce and the flavor of pork, based on Honjozo dark soy sauce manufactured by Tenshin Corporation and mixed with several kinds of pork extracts. The soup comes with an egg yolk sauce, which is an optional extra that reproduces a flavor and thickness similar to that of a raw egg by blending egg yolk ingredients.
