We will not accept any returns except the return requirements meet our return policy;
If the item you receive couldn’t work in anyway, (defective or wrong item), only defective items can be returned and must be returned at your (buyer’s) expense. We will be full responsible for reshipping the replacement to you.
In the unfortunate event that you need to return an item, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your package.
If the item is broken in transit, please ask your carrier. They have their guarantee policy by the carrier.
