Description

  • SOLADEY RHYTHM 2: Remove stubborn plaque and fight off cavity-causing bacteria the whole night through. SOLADEY Rhythm2 sonic vibration ionic toothbrush is a brand new type of brush that harnesses the power of sonic waves and electrons to keep your teeth healthy and sparkly clean.

  • Sonic vibrations at around 360 strokes per second: The effective powers of electrons and high-speed sonic vibrations combine to remove stubborn plaque and cavity-causing bacteria. Use the handy button to switch between Standard (18,000 vibrations/min) and High (22,000 vibrations/min) modes. Select the mode that best matches your brushing strength and the sensitivity of your teeth and gums.

  • Solar Panels and TiO2 Semiconductor: The brush effectively removes plaque by emitting large numbers of electrons. The electrons coat the teeth entirely, ensuring they remain sparkly clean even 12 hours after brushing. *Based on a test of cavity-causing bacteria adhesion using apatite pellets.

  • HOTARU Lamp: The blinking LED light indicates the generation of electrons. Witness the chemical actions firsthand and enjoy a fun and easy way to check the progress of your brushing each day.

  • Patented in 12 countries (U.S.A., Canada, Japan, U.K., Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, China, Korea, Taiwan), SOLADEY is a Japanese brand with 40 years of history and has published 80 dental conferences and papers.

Portable electric toothbrush

Comes with a portable electric toothbrush with a case,
I was worried about Soladay for a long time, so I bought this item
mainly in use at work

Impressions I tried using it for less than 1 month
It
takes time to brush without getting used to the shape of the brush that is light and easy to handle (may change the impression if you use a different brush?)
It is difficult to be able to hold the photocatalyst function in mind (especially severe if you put an adhesive plaster on your fingertips)
battery-powered so it would be nice if you have a 1.5V rechargeable battery

Good sonic toothbrush

This is a great sonic toothbrush. The vibration is strong and my teeth feels squeaky clean afterwards. I do wish it came with more brush heads though. Just turn on and place it on your teeth and let it do all the work. This is certainly toothbrush for the lazy people like me that I don't want to move the movements with my arm; let the machine do it!

One Iconic Toothbrush!!

This ultra sleek toothbrush is an amazing view into the future! It takes full advantage of new technology that uses both electrons and powerful sonic waves to eliminate crude impurities and leaves my teeth fantastically white and clean.

Plaque and the likes don’t stand a chance against this artistic marvel. With 22K vibrations per minute and five performance modes at my finger tips, this ingeniously designed toothbrush well redefine what productive toothbrushing really is!

Electrons! Totally worth the price!

I was thrilled to find this toothbrush. It is a totally new technology that cleans your teeth with sonic waves and electrons! It is like no other toothbrush I have ever tried.

It’s super easy to use, but make sure you have a AAA battery (wish they would have included one, but I had one on hand so no big deal for m). The battery powers the brush and then there’s a solar unit on the end that works to make electrons.

I think this is working really well on my teeth. They seem whiter in a short amount of time. I believe this is a superior technology and I am glad I ordered this. I’m a believer!!!

Interesting concept in dental hygiene but the toothbrush does not seem to match the technology

This is an ionic toothbrush with solar panels and a Ti02 semiconductor. I have read clinical studies on this design and the brush is said to remove biofilms better than other brushes that do not have the Ti02 semiconductor. However, it was not said to reduce gingivitis compared to the controls. I was interested to see how well this works for my teeth compared to other sonic vibration toothbrushes that do not have Tio2 technology.
There are resources available online of clinical studies of this design and model. It would be valuable to understand the way the solar panels work. More information on the science behind the toothbrush included in the packaging would be beneficial.
The toothbrush is lightweight and battery-operated (1 AAA). It did not include the battery which was surprising for a model that is supposed to be cutting edge. It came with one toothbrush head and did not have replacement heads. This is a very specific toothbrush and only Soladey replacement heads may be used. The toothbrush did not feel sturdy and the cleaning power did not seem to match some of the leading brand toothbrushes that do not feature Tio2 technology. Initially, the SOLADEY rhythm 2 sonic vibrations toothbrush does not feel like a leading-edge toothbrush design as I expected because it is missing key features that would make it more convenient for the user. I will update as needed with further time and use.

Suggestions for improvement
-There was not much back science included in the box for the reader's understanding of this science. It would be good to include clinical information about the benefits.
- Most premium toothbrush models have a motor that is rechargeable which offers savings and also a more consistent power supply than a battery as recharging as needed is more convenient. Standard batteries are said to not have the same cleaning power over time.
- Replacement heads included
- Sturdier handle
