Our Story

For more than 30 years since our founding in 1985, we had grown as a manufacturer of components for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, but we began developing consumer products out of a desire to apply the know-how we cultivated in the semiconductor field to create products that enrich the world.
We manufacture components for semiconductor equipment called electrostatic chucks which are essential to the semiconductor manufacturing process.
Electrostatic chucks are mechanisms which input high voltage to generate static electricity inside a product, causing it to attract a target substance. We wondered if it would be possible to apply this technology to attract dust and viruses in the air, so we developed an electroadhesive filter, and this product was born.

About Creative-Technology

Creative Technology was established in 1985 in providing customers machining of difficult-to-cut carbide materials as the sole business. After its inception, we began to also handle ceramic processing and entered the growing semiconductor industry of the 1990’s. Today, we are the forefronts in electrostatic chuck refurbishments in the world, and now apply the same technology we have cultivated throughout the years of R&D and manufacturing to various industries. We look forward to your continued support of Creative Technology.
