No seafood or meat-derived ingredients, including extracts

The Shokusai series is a Japanese side dish series that does not use any meat or seafood-derived ingredients, including extracts, in order to make the most of the taste and flavor of the ingredients. Unopened products have a best-before date of 365 days from the date of manufacture.
Kinpira Burdock: This is the most popular Japanese side dish, made with thinly sliced root vegetables (burdock and carrot) seasoned with a sweet and spicy flavor. It is made with fresh burdock and carrot. You can enjoy the texture and flavor of the burdock.

Hijiki: A classic side dish made with sweetly seasoned hijiki. It is made using hijiki, carrots, and konjac. In addition to using it as is, you can easily make hijiki rice by mixing it with white rice.

Dried Daikon: Dried daikon is rehydrated in water and seasoned with other ingredients in a soy sauce base. In addition to dried daikon and carrots, shiitake mushrooms are also included as ingredients. The dried daikon absorbs the soup, which is full of the umami flavor of the vegetables, giving it a juicy texture.

*We guarantee that the expiration date will remain for 180 days from the time of shipment from the factory.

We, Ohori Corp, are a company that manufactures and sells commercial prepared foods in factories in Japan. Taking advantage of our position that allows us to always be in the forefront of interacting with food professional chefs, we incorporate flavors that are approved by professional chefs into our products. Naturally, our products are delicious to eat, but we also aim to create products that allow you to feel the four seasons of Japan.
When producing prepared foods, fresh vegetables and expert manufacturing techniques are of course important, but one essential ingredient is water.
Our company's factory is located in Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture, so we use an abundance of Nikko's famous water, which flows from Lake Chuzenji on the Otani River, in our products every day.
