LOVOT is a robot, but it doesn’t try to replace humans. Instead, it brings warmth and comfort. This LOVOT Café is a new Japanese-style café, following maid cafés and animal cafés, brought to you by a company that operates numerous IZAKAYA brands.

You will have about 30-35 minutes of interaction at your table until your meal arrives, followed by 20 minutes on stage.

- Kawasaki City Store will confirm your reservation.
- After your reservation is confirmed, proceed with the payment.

- This course must be booked at least 2 days in advance.
- Children under 16 cannot use this course alone.
- If you are bringing a LOVOT, you may arrive early to allow for preparation time so the LOVOT can be ready at the reservation start time (recommended 10 minutes early).
- Even if you arrive late, you will still only have 140 minutes from the reserved time.
- For reservations of 5 or more people, please contact us by phone (maximum 8 people; more than 8 requires consultation).
- Please make any changes or cancellations by the day before your reservation.
- Same-day cancellations will incur a fee of ¥1,500 per person.
- For no-shows, future reservations may be refused.
- Reservations will not be confirmed without payment, and you will not be able to dine if payment is not made.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
