Using a labor-intensive charcoal roasting process, the beans are heated thoroughly to the core using far-infrared effects, enhancing their natural flavor. Packaged within two days after roasting to preserve the aroma, the coffee is roasted using high-quality charcoal from Mt. Komagatake in Hokkaido. Aside from the coffee beans, all ingredients are sourced entirely from Hokkaido.
